[Simfactory] OpenMPI on Damiana

Nico Budewitz just installed OpenMPI on Damiana.  According to his  
tests, OpenMPI uses significantly less memory than Scali.  I have  
created tentative (untested) configuration files damiana-openmpi for  
this.
