[Simfactory] Missing QUEUE file

Hi,

I am having trouble recovering from a run using the new version of  
simfactory.  The run was started with the old version.  The error is

Cannot read file "/scratch/00915/hinder/simulations/gkq4_3i/ 
output-0008/QUEUE" at /share/home/00915/hinder/Cactus/simfactory/sim  
line 3343.

I assume that this file has been newly added to simfactory, and that  
is why simfactory expects the file to be there when it is not?  For  
anyone else having the same trouble, you can write a file called QUEUE  
to the output directory with the name of the PBS queue in.  On ranger  
this was "long" in my case.  This allowed me to successfully recover  
the simulation.
