[Simfactory] Fwd: Re: Einstein toolkit/cactus error

For a laptop testing build I found
F77=gfortran
F90=gfortran
MPI=OpenMPI
worked "out of the box" with the latest ET under 11.10 with gfortran 4.6 
and mpi-default-dev installed.
