Hi, 

svn commit messages are not working again, thus this mail.

I added a test for localhost to saga::adaptors::utils, which
uses plain old socket commands.  I know that Joao had a
version basing on boost::asio, whcih may be more portable.
But it failed on qb for me - did not recognize qb.loni.org
nor qb4.loni.org as localhost - thus this version.  If
anybody feels that joaos version can be fixed to work on
loni, please feel free to replace the code!
