[Bigjob-users] Job Submission on Ranger using SAGA BigJob Bliss plugin ( pbs+ssh )

Pradeep,

ranger runs Sun Grid Engine which is not compatible with PBS. I think the error message is pretty clear: Couldn't find PBS command line tools on pbs+ssh://ranger

And yes, it does find your sge/qsub, but it doesn't consider it as PBS command line tool, because it isn't. I guess I could change the error message to "Couldn't find PBS *compatible* command line tools "

As far as I know, the SAGA PBS/TORQE adaptors are not capable to submit to SGE either. Once I find some free time, I was planning to add SGE support to Bliss, but I really don't know when that will be.
