[Bigjob-users] Job Submission on Ranger using SAGA BigJob Bliss plugin ( pbs+ssh )

Hi!

I tried to submit a job from cyder to ranger using BigJob Bliss plugin (
pbs+ssh ). But it failed with error

run job because: SAGA Exception (11): [saga.plugin.job.pbssh] Couldn't find
PBS command line tools on pbs+ssh://ranger:* which: no pbsnodes in

But I have qsub( PBS command line tools ) available in *
/opt/sge6.2/bin/lx24-amd64:*

As Ranger uses SGE, either  the error message should be more informative.
something like  "Incompatible PBS command line tools"

or

If incompatibility is found, BigJob should generate PBS script which
follows SGE job submission syntax and submit it. ( just like SAGA adaptor
mechanism which tries best suitable available adaptor )

This would be more helpful & easy to use than globus.
